Abstract

This study presents an in-depth analysis of the role, impact, and future possibilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field of education. It begins with the premise that education is the foundation of national development and that technological innovation is essential for delivering quality education. The study highlights AI as a transformative agent in education, capable of significantly enhancing access and quality through personalized learning, automated administration, and inclusive education for students with disabilities and those in remote areas. At the same time, it emphasizes AI’s role as a supportive tool for teachers rather than a replacement. Alongside these vast potentials, the research also critically examines challenges such as data security, ethical concerns, the digital divide, and the impact on employment. In conclusion, the study underscores the urgent need for clear policy frameworks, ethical standards, and human oversight in order to maximize the benefits of AI while minimizing its risks. Ultimately, it advocates adopting AI not as a substitute for teachers but as an effective collaborator, which is key to shaping a balanced, safe, and progressive educational future.
