Section 1

About the Complaint Handling Committee

Integral Research is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity, transparency, and fairness in all aspects of its publication process. In furtherance of this commitment, the journal has established a dedicated Complaint Handling Committee (CHC) to ensure that all complaints, grievances, and concerns submitted to the journal or its publisher are addressed through a rigorous, impartial, and structured procedure.

The CHC comprises knowledgeable academic professionals — including Deans, Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors — with expertise relevant to the subject matter of complaints received. The committee handles all directly submitted formal complaints, referred to as Direct Complaints, and operates in accordance with the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Section 2

Complaint Handling Process

Integral Research operates a transparent, two-tier complaints procedure. Complainants are encouraged to follow the process in sequence. The process is described below.

Tier Stage Description
1 Direct Complaint
(Complaint Handling Committee)
All formal complaints must first be submitted directly to the Complaint Handling Committee (CHC). Complainants should send a clearly written account of their concern, including all relevant supporting information, to: [email protected]

The CHC will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and initiate a formal review. Complainants will be informed of the outcome within 30 days of submission.
2 Appeal
(Appellate Authority)
If the complainant remains dissatisfied with the outcome of the CHC review after a period of 30 days, they may escalate the matter to the Appellate Authority, which is overseen by the Chief Editor of the journal. Appeals must be submitted by email with the subject line clearly stating:

“Appeal for Complaint Handling Committee (CHC)”

Appeals should be directed to: [email protected]

The Appellate Authority is empowered to intervene at any stage of the complaint process, including prior to the formal submission of an appeal, where circumstances require it.
