Complaint Handling Committee

Integral Research is committed to adhering to a rigorous academic procedure in addressing received complaints through the establishment of a specialized committee known as the Complaint Handling Committee (CHC). This committee comprises knowledgeable individuals capable of effectively addressing complaints or requests submitted to the journal or publisher. Its members may include academic professionals such as deans, professors, assistant professors, or associate professors with expertise relevant to the subject matter of the complaints. These submissions, referred to as "Direct Complaints," are handled exclusively by the CHC.

In the event that the requester remains dissatisfied after a period of 30 days, they reserve the right to escalate the matter to the Appellate Authority by clearly indicating "Appeal for Complaint Handling Committee (CHC)" in the subject line and directing it to editorintegralresearch@gmail.com.

The Appellate Authority, overseen by the Chief Editor of the Journal, is empowered to intervene at any stage should the need arise, even prior to the formal submission of an appeal.
