Stage Description
Initial Screening All submissions are first evaluated for alignment with the journal’s scope, basic quality standards, and formatting requirements. Non-compliant submissions are returned promptly.
Double-Blind Review Manuscripts passing initial screening are assigned to two or more independent expert reviewers for thorough evaluation. Both author and reviewer identities remain anonymous throughout.
Editorial Decision Based on reviewer reports, the Chief Editor issues a decision: Accept; Accept with Revisions; or Reject. In cases of reviewer disagreement, the Chief Editor adjudicates.
Fair Play All manuscripts are evaluated solely on their intellectual merit, without regard to the author’s age, gender, race, nationality, institutional affiliation, or political views.
