Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology and the expansion of the digital space have significantly transformed human interaction, social participation, and access to information. While these revolutions have provided women with unprecedented opportunities for empowerment and self-expression, they have also exposed them to unique risks concerning privacy, security, and freedom. This study explores the emerging challenges faced by women in the digital realm and presents a comprehensive examination of the measures needed to protect their rights. It focuses particularly on three critical areas: privacy, security, and freedom. By reviewing existing threats such as cyberstalking, online harassment, data privacy violations, and digital surveillance, the paper underscores the importance of proactive legal frameworks, robust digital literacy programs, and the role of advocacy groups in addressing these concerns. Ultimately, it also highlights the role of the judiciary in ensuring the protection of women's rights in the digital space.
